The whole consulting process will be divided into five phases.
1.Pre-consulting
Pre-consulting is considered as the starting phase. We will engage a preliminary contacting with our customer. It can be an individual project and one part of the whole project as well.
2. Judgment
A. Working content
a. Prejudgment for the problem and further comprehensive investigation for the client’ enterprise will be performed and usually an on spot research is required.
b Analysis the current result and make a clear understanding of the relationship between the existing problem and the enterprise’s goal and will tap the enterprise’s potential to continue the further technical transformation.
B. Working content
Carefully explore and define the enterprise’s present problem and analysis the goal that they intend to approach. Find out the reason that result those problems and be ready to look for the necessary information to establish the solution.
C. Working result
After judgment phase ended. We will forward our mid--- term report that will contain our final judgment. These judgments are not relate to the way to solve the problem and the solution to the problem as well.

3. Solution designing phase
A. Working content
a. Find out solutions for the current problems
b. Screening the solutions
c. Put forward our suggestions
d. Do preparing work for carrying out the selected solution.
B. Working features
This phase need more creative and pioneering work and more contacts with client’s inside staff is required. The solution must suit the client special environment and more staff attended will result a chance for them to be trained. Only in this way, if the consultants withdrawal, can they carry out the solution more easily and effectively

Research and forward feasible solution--appraisal the selected solution--forward the designing solution--client’s confirmation
4. Assist to carry out..
A. working content
a. Training the client’s staff and introducing the operational points
b. jointly with client to supervise to carry out the solution and check if there is any reactions occurred.
c. Assist the client to correct mistakes and overcome difficulties.
B. working features
The phase of carrying out is an important procedure that some technical problem may appear. Some modifications for the solution is required due to the changeable of the environment.
C. working procedure
Set up the carry out plan--lead the project to be carried out--train the client’s staff-- keep on looking to operation of the new solution.
5. Ending phase
A. Final report
Forward the final report and arrange a verbal report.
The final report covers:
Review the main contents of the previous report.
State the recent condition from the time of the last report.
Appraisal the result of carrying out the solution.
Suggestions for the future measures that should be taken.
After consulting ending service
Consulting ending doesn’t mean we end the relationship with our client. We will call back to our client at a regular basis and will suggest to take some effective measure to solve the problem appeared.
