 1: Market Analysis     

Chemical building materials is one of popularized  new type  of building materials  promoted by the China’s government. In recent decade years, for the implementation of no 8 national science and technology five years plan, such type of building material has been keeping a steady growth, by the end of 2002, statistics shows that various categories of such products have been Breakthrough 3 million tons / year. 

In many categories of chemical building materials, PVC corrugated tiles occupy a prominent place, because it’s features of light in weight, decay resistance, maintenance-free; easy to put into production and installation. It is widely used in warehouses, public buildings, free markets, temporary housing and other fields. Currently China developed  nearly 100  of such factories, about 300 production lines, with an annual capacity of three hundred fifty thousand to  four hundred thousand tons annually and has been involved an extensive and stable market.      However, due to the weakness of PVC profile as they are easy to fade, poor performance of anti-aging and coupled competition with other products such as colored steel plate, red clay tiles which limits its sustainable development. A new technology developed by Beijing Oriental horizon Science and Technology Development Co.,Ltd. and zhangjiagang jimeishunfeng mechanical Co., Ltd called PVC/PMMA co-extrusion method provide us with
a new solution. The new technique adopts special modified PMMA/PVC and is processed with compound co-extrusion. It is acknowledged as a revolutionary breakthrough for the old ones and possesses the merit of weather durability, aging resistant, anti-impact and with the feature of shining colors. It is really an upgrading product and worth to promotion.

d. Production capacity (single line): 2,500 tons / year (equivalent to seven hundred thousands – eight hundred thousands square meters / year)
